Chairperson of the MCF Council and Director: Dr Duong Van Ni is the Director of the Wetland University Network which comprises 24 Universities across 7 countries in the Mekong region, and the former Director of the Hoa An Research Center of Can Tho University. As a lecturer in the faculty of Environment and Natural resources of Can Tho University, his research focuses on climate change in the Mekong River region and poverty reduction.
