Vice Chairperson of the MCF Council: Ms Nguyen Thi Kieu Vuong is a lawyer of the Vietnam Bar Federation and Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and has over 18 years legal experience. She is the founder and CEO of Phuc Gia Nguyen Law Firm, which specializes in legal consultancy on investment in Vietnam. She is also an arbitrator at Pacific International Arbitration Centre and is active in philanthropy work assisting disadvantaged persons with legal issues in Southern and Central Vietnam.
